We're upgrading the playspace at Katrina Gully Reserve

The upgrade of the playspace is part of Manningham's Playspace Improvement Program and funding has been allocated in our 2024/25 Capital Works Program.

We’re looking to upgrade the playspace with the following improvements and upgrades.

  • New play equipment for a variety of ages
  • Nature play
  • New furniture
  • New outdoor fitness hub for a variety of users
  • Improvements to the shade sail
  • Seating area for rest and recovery
  • New landscaping
  • New basketball pad

Katrina Gully Reserve is located on the Koonung Creek Linear Park in Doncaster. Its boundaries include Stanton

Katrina Gully Reserve is located on the Koonung Creek Linear Park in Doncaster. Its boundaries include Stanton Street to the west, Blossom Court to the north, Katrina Street to the east and the Eastern Freeway to the south.     Our community consultation for Katrina Gully playspace has now closed. Thank you to everyone who provided feedback.

    We will now review all submissions to incorporate your feedback into the design. We will come back to you for a second round of consultation before we finalise the design. We aim to do this in mid-April 2024.
