Manningham is pleased to announce that we have successfully prepared Anderson Park’s Draft Masterplan. We wanted to thank you for your feedback, we used your ideas to ensure the vision for the park is a reflection of your needs, aspirations, and expectations.

Our approach was to use community and user group consultation and engagement to start discussions around the open space and how we want to use it. We wanted to ensure we continue to provide a high-quality, sustainable, accessible, safe, inclusive, and well-maintained park that promotes health and wellbeing.

Together with our consultant team, we assessed the site and facility conditions including future community and sporting needs, particularly with increasingly higher density living within the immediate area.

This project aligns with the Council Plan (2021 - 2021) Goals 2.1 Inviting place and spaces and Goal 2.2 Enhanced Parks and, Open Spaces and Streetscapes.
