Walker Reserve upgrade final design update

Following community consultation in December 2025, we’ve finalised the design for the Walker Reserve upgrade.

The final design includes:

• a new concrete path linking Walker Street, Clay Drive and Arthur Street
• a new playspace and nature play area
• a drinking fountain
• new seating and picnic tables
• additional trees to improve shade and greenery.

When is it happening?

Construction is planned to start in April 2026 and will take approximately 2 months to complete. This schedule is subject to weather conditions and contractor availability – we will keep you updated if there are any changes.
