Community Member Survey

This survey is designed to get feedback from community members which includes players, parents or guardians of players, casual users of facilities, as well as the general public.

The survey is easy to complete and will take 5 minutes or less per sport. You can select any sport that you have an interest in, whether that's 1 sport or 5 sports. To complete the survey please click on the link below which will take you to another page.

Please note - This survey does not include gymnastics. Detailed feedback will be collected on gymnastics through the Donvale Indoor Sports Centre master plan consultation.
