Works have temporarily paused until 12 January 2026

During this time, Jumping Creek Road will remain closed to through traffic with a reduced traffic control presence onsite.

We’re aware of drivers using local streets to bypass construction, as well as speeding concerns in surrounding areas. Additional traffic management measures are being considered including:

  • temporary speed cushions on side roads
  • speed restrictions in and along detour routes
  • temporary road closures
  • additional traffic controllers.

We’re working with local authorities, including Warrandyte Police, to ensure they have a visible presence in the area. In addition, we are monitoring the traffic situation closely and will adjust our measures as needed to respond to community concerns and site conditions.
