Phase 1

September to October 2025

 Property 3 to 35 Dudley Road
  • Footpath construction.
  • Underground drainage installation.
  • Vehicle crossing reconstruction, where required.

Phase 2

October 2025 to October 2026

 Property 66 Jumping Creek Road to Homestead Road
  • Underground drainage, kerb and channel installation.
  • Road reconstruction and asphalting.
  • Driveway upgrades, where required.
  • Bus stop upgrades.
  • Line-marking.

Phase 3

From early 2026

Timing to be confirmed.

Jumping Creek Road

Dudley Road intersection to Vine Crescent
  • Traffic light installation.
  • Road and footpath construction.
  • Drainage installation.
  • Bus stop upgrades.
  • Other authority asset works.

Note: There are no traffic signal works at the Yarra Road intersection at this stage.
