Project update: August 2024

We've completed the first phase of the recreational trail, which links most of Ringwood-Warrandyte Road to Homestead Road. We'll build the remaining sections simultaneously with the road reconstruction to avoid duplication of construction works.

We’ve also begun installing safety barriers on Jumping Creek Bridge. These works address community feedback and aim to ensure safety for all road users. The barriers will be painted green to blend in with the environment.

The first stage of the main works, from Vine Crescent to Homestead Road (including the town), is anticipated to commence in mid-2025. We will submit a planning application for the vegetation impacts associated with these works in the coming months.
