We’re reviewing animal management in Manningham and seeking your input on the priorities for managing dogs and cats.

All Victorian councils are required to develop a Domestic Animal Management Plan (DAMP) every four years under the Domestic Animals Act 1994.

The DAMP provides a framework for how Council manages pets and supports their owners. It guides how we protect the welfare of cats and dogs, while enhancing their safety and quality of life in our community.
