Submission Update

We thank you for the interest and feedback on the proposal to close Arundel Road at the intersection of Park Road, Park Orchards.

We invited local residents including stakeholders like Victoria Police, CFA and Ambulance Victoria to provide their feedback on the proposed road closure and we received 175 responses.

Next steps

A decision on the proposed closure of Arundel Road (west), Park Orchards will be made at the Council meeting on Tuesday 28 September 2021 starting at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held virtually, in line with current State Government health directions.

Please note that Arundel Road will remain closed at Knees Road until a decision is made on whether a permanent closure should proceed.
