Northern Oval upgrade: Works successfully completed

Stage 1 upgrades at the Northern Oval have been successfully completed.

The enhancements feature new concrete paths, fencing and access gates, rock retaining walls, bollards, landscaping with garden beds, a picnic shelter with seating, a drinking fountain, and a rubbish bin.

Stage 2 oval drainage upgrades were carried out in February 2026, and now are successfully completed.

The Northern Oval is now open to the sports clubs and dog owners as of May 2026.
