Consultation has concluded
The outdoor forecourt space of MC Square has been transformed into a vibrant community hub designed to accommodate a wide range of community programs and events.
Temporary infrastructure has been installed to support increased community activity and enjoyment of the plaza including:
·Low rise staging
·Modular wooden seating
·Plants
·Exercise stations
·Ping pong table
·Sandpit
The park is open during daylight hours for visitors to enjoy on a casual basis. Each week programs and events will be planned to operate within the space.
The Plaza Park Project is co-funded by Manningham City Council and VicHealth and will be active until April 2016.
