This pre-work form is ONLY for the students attending the Manningham Youth Summit 2026. If you are unsure about your attendance, please contact your school to confirm.

The pre-work form helps us understand students' interest, experiences and priorities before the Youth Summit. The information shared will be used to shape discussion, workshops and activities so they are relevant, engaging and meaningful for participants. 

Based on the topic of your interest, we will do our best to ensure that you are in your chosen topic on the day of the Manningham Youth Summit 2026. 

The survey will take less than 5 minutes.
