Mullum Mullum Stadium taking shape

Construction of the Mullum Mullum Stadium is progressing on schedule with the pre-cast concrete panels and structural steel being erected and the installation of the roof structure to take place in the coming weeks.

Construction commenced at the site in Mullum Mullum Reserve in October last year. To date, works that have been completed include:

• Major earthworks

• Installation of the piles upon which the building will be founded

• Plumbing works

• Retaining walls along the southern and western edges of the site

• All underground services to site

• Pouring of concrete slabs.

Construction is on track and the stadium is expected to open in the first half of 2018.
