All businesses operating within the municipality are encouraged to participate, including:

•    Sole traders and home-based businesses

•    Small and medium enterprises

•    Not-for-profit organisations

•    Retail, industrial, professional, and service businesses

The survey typically takes 5–10 minutes to complete, depending on the level of detail you choose to provide.

Yes. All responses are treated as confidential and reported in aggregate only. Individual businesses will not be identified unless explicit consent is provided.

Survey insights may be used to:
