Council to consider report on Gum Nut Gully Preschool

Thank you to everyone who has shared their feedback on the proposal to rebuild Gum Nut Gully Preschool at a new location in Corsican Avenue, Doncaster East.

Your feedback is important in helping Council make an informed decision about what the next steps should be.

We heard from 279 people through our survey, between 12 August and 2 September 2025. Council also received and tabled a petition about the proposal at its 28 October meeting, with 967 signatories.

Council will be considering a report on the future of Gum Nut Gully Preschool at its next meeting on Tuesday 25 November at 7:00pm.

The Council Meeting Agenda will be available from Thursday 20 November via our website. This will include a report and recommendation about the proposal. Council will consider this recommendation at the meeting.
