What is the Council Plan 2013-2017?
The Council Plan 2013-2017 is the strategic document that will guide the delivery of our services over the next four years. It outlines the goals of Council, and the actions needed to acheive these key outcomes. It links the Council Plan mission and vision to key priorities and actions for Manningham.
What is the Annual Budget 2013/2014?
The Annual Budget 2013/2014 includes detailed information about the rates and charges to be levied, the capital works program to be undertaken, where Council allocates its financial resources and other financial information within the 2013/2014 financial year.
What is the Financial Strategy 2013-2023?
Manningham Council develops a 10 year Financial Strategy to demonstrate the financial capacity of Council to deliver services, infrastructure and outcomes identified in the Council Plan and over the next 10 years. The Strategy contains the key assumptions used in developing the long term forecasts, projected income and expenditure escalation factors and forecast financial outcomes against targets for Council over a 10 year period. The Annual Budget 2013/2014 represents the first year of Council's 10 year Financial Strategy.

Hard copies of the draft documents will be available from Thursday 2 May at:
Civic Offices 699 Doncaster Road, Doncaster;
Municipal Depot 620-628 Blackburn Road, Doncaster East;
Public libraries within Manningham;

Where do my comments go?
All public submissions received will be reproduced in Council papers that are available to the public. A report on all submissions received will be presented to a Special Committee of Council on Tuesday, 4 June 2013 at 7.00 pm. The Special Committee will meet again on Thursday 6 June 2013 at 7.00 pm to consider those submissions further.
Can I make an oral presentation at the Special Committee of Council in support of my written submission?
Submitters can make an oral presentation at the Special Committee of Council at 7.00 pm on Tuesday 4 June 2013 in support of their written submission. All submitters who wish to present must state their intention in their written submission.
