Disability Action Plan Engagement

We're developing the Manningham Disability Action Plan and need your input. Help us identify barriers and set priorities to create a more inclusive and accessible community. Everyone is welcome to participate who has reflections on experiences in the Manningham area, or engaging in Manningham services.

This survey requires to reflect on a person with disability's participation in their local community. Please reflect on one person as you consider each question.

Manningham City Council is fully committed to protecting any personal information you provide to us as per our obligations under the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic). We are collecting this information for the purpose of developing the Manningham Disability Action Plan. It will not be disclosed to any further external party without your consent, unless required or authorised by law and you will not be personally identified by the information that you provide in your survey responses. You may request access to the information you have provided at any time and make corrections if you believe the information is incorrect.
