Have your say on the draft Recreational Bike Facilities Plan

Manningham City Council (Council) is collecting the information and is committed to compliance with its obligations under the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic). Information collected by Council will be used for the purposes of developing the Recreational Bike Facilities Plan. The results of the Draft Recreational Bike Facilities Plan community survey may be published (including using the Council’s social media channels) once deidentified. The personal information collected will not be disclosed to third parties unless Council is required to disclose the information under other legislation or disclosure is necessary to complete the purpose for which it is sought. If Council does not collect this information, it may be impeded from accurately analysing aspects of the survey results. 

You may access information you have provided to Council at any time and make corrections if you believe that information is incorrect by contacting the City Design Team by telephone (03) 9840 9333 or by email manningham@manningham.vic.gov.au.
