Asset Plan

Thank you for your submissions, these are being assessed and will be presented back to Council for the adoption of the Asset Plan.

The Asset Plan is one of a suite of long-term planning documents that Council is obliged to develop under the Local Government Act.

The Asset Plan details:

our key longer-term infrastructure priorities
how our 10-year Capital Works Program is developed and how much will be spending on each of our major infrastructure asset classes over the next ten years
how our 10-year Capital Works Program addresses community needs, gender equity and fairness
the value of our existing assets and their current condition and fitness for purpose
how we plan to guarantee that future capital works programs and operational budgets will create and maintain assets that optimally improve the lives of our entire community.
