Update: Independent Panel Report received for Amendment C122
The Panel Hearing was held on Thursday 28 June 2018. The panel report will be considered by Council at its meeting on 28 August 2018.
In its report, the Panel has recommended that the Amendment be adopted as exhibited.
Amendment C122 proposes to make various changes to the Manningham Planning Scheme, including a number of mapping corrections, and are seeking your feedback.
The changes are known as Amendment C122 to the Manningham Planning Scheme, and propose to:
Remove a Public Acquisition Overlay (PAO) from land where the site has been acquired by a statutory authority
Correct zoning anomalies
Correct a minor duplication error within 2 schedules to the Design and Development Overlay (DDO).
The amendment also proposes removing a Heritage Overlay (HO48) from the Manningham Civic Centre at 699 Doncaster Road, Doncaster following a review of the statement of significance for the site.
